The Senders View, Explained: Subscriptions, Unsubscribed & Ignored

The Senders view is where you'll spend most of your time in Baxter. It groups your inbox by sender and splits them across three tabs.

Subscriptions

Every sender currently reaching your inbox, with how many emails they send per month and their category. From here you can, per sender or in bulk: Do nothing for 30 days, Unsubscribe, or Auto-Clean.

Unsubscribed

Senders you've unsubscribed from. Baxter filters their future mail for you. Here you can Archive Sender, Undo Filter (to let them back into your inbox), or Delete Old Emails to clear the backlog.

Ignored

Senders you chose to mute for a while with “Do nothing for 30 days.” You can Unsubscribe or Delete Old Emails from here.

Search and category filters

Use the search box to find a specific sender by name or address, and the category chips to focus on one type of mail at a time — for example, only Shopping or only Finance. Select multiple senders with the checkboxes to apply any action in bulk.
