Customizing Baxter: Settings That Fit Your Workflow

Baxter works great out of the box, but a few settings let you tailor it to your inbox. You'll find them in Account Settings.

Choose which buttons appear in Gmail

Baxter adds action buttons inside Gmail — Unsubscribe, Remove, Auto-Clean, and Label. Toggle each on or off so you only see the ones you use.

Automatic labeling and colors

Turn on Automatic Labels to have Baxter sort incoming mail, and Label colors to make categories pop. Prefer folders? Enable Display Baxter folders to see them in Gmail's sidebar.

Little touches

Group emails by date for a cleaner reading layout, and adjust these preferences any time — Baxter updates instantly.
